Does Lucex tell me what to buy or sell?
No. Lucex is an informational tool under Italian TUF (Legislative Decree 58/1998). AI analysis contains no buy, sell or hold recommendations. Investment decisions remain entirely yours.
What exactly is included in Lucex Pro?
20 analysis credits granted every month (240 on the yearly plan), Pro insights like sector volatility percentiles, and extended chart timeframes (1-day and 5-year). The yearly plan costs €99 instead of €144 for 12 months — that's 2 months free.
Do credits expire?
No, never. Both pack credits and Pro-granted credits stay in your balance until you use them. If you cancel Pro, any unused credits remain available.
Can I get a refund?
Yes in two cases: (1) if an analysis stream fails to start due to a technical error, the credit is automatically refunded; (2) for Pro you can cancel anytime from your Stripe portal with no penalties. Past payments are not refundable on request, but you keep access for the period already paid.
Where do prices come from?
From Financial Modeling Prep (primary provider) and Yahoo Finance as automatic fallback. Quotes refresh every 60 seconds and are cached to reduce load on providers.
How do credits work?
Each AI reply consumes 1 credit (Quick) or 2 credits (Deep, with web search). Packs start at €4.99 (5 credits) and credits never expire. If streaming fails to start due to a technical error, the credit is automatically refunded.
Do you need my banking data?
No, never. You enter ticker, share count and average cost by hand. Lucex never connects to brokers or bank accounts.
Which exchanges are covered?
Major venues covered by Twelve Data and Yahoo Finance: NYSE, NASDAQ, Borsa Italiana, LSE, Xetra, Euronext, SIX, ASX, and others. Structured certificates and derivatives are not supported.
Is my data private?
Yes. Positions and chats are tied to your Clerk account and visible only to you. We don't sell data to third parties.
What languages are supported?
The interface is available in Italian and English. AI analyses are currently generated in Italian.
