Nature of the service
Lucex is an informational tool that processes public market data using artificial intelligence. It is not an investment service under Italian TUF (Legislative Decree 58/1998), nor an investment advisory service under Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II).
Lucex is not enrolled in the register of authorized financial advisors and does not hold authorization from CONSOB or any other supervisory authority to provide investment services.
What Lucex does not do
- It does not issue personalized buy, sell or hold recommendations for financial instruments.
- It does not assess the user's personal financial situation (MiFID suitability profiling).
- It does not manage portfolios or accept asset management mandates.
- It does not hold or transmit user funds, instruments or other assets.
What Lucex does
The service aggregates public data (prices, fundamentals, news) and generates plain-language summaries about the tickers the user enters. Every analysis ends with an explicit notice reminding the user that the content has no advisory character.
The analyses produced by Lucex fall within the category of general-purpose informational material under Art. 6(1) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/565 (MiFID II implementing regulation): they do not take into account the individual circumstances of the recipient.
